Overview

CGS is seeking an experienced senior-level Information Technology Enterprise Architect to support the IT mission of a large-scale government enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal applicant should demonstrate knowledge and experience in organization processes and procedures specific to PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI. The applicant will also be tasked with collecting information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.

Base pay range

$126,186.67/yr - $171,253.34/yr

Responsibilities

  • Understand and communicate across technologies and work with organizational leaders to collect information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and professional maturity and senior-level IT competency, with strong oral and written communication skills; knowledge and experience in PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI.
  • Apply experience with EA frameworks, including Zachman and TOGAF, to provide a holistic view of the enterprise for system owners, planners, designers, developers, and subcontractors within budget constraints.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in Windows desktop environments, remote access, SQL Server, virtualization (VMware), storage (EMC, SAN), Cloud as a service, BroadWorks, Polycom, BlackBerry, Apple iOS, information security, wireless technologies, and system networking.
  • Understand and utilize ITIL, project management (PMI), Agile, and Configuration and Change controls.
  • Provide technical engineering practice recommendations and enhancements from prior successful system integrations.
  • Exhibit exceptional writing, verbal, and interpersonal negotiation and the ability to work confidently and independently with minimal guidance.
