Manufacturing Engineer

* W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
* 30-40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment
A leading technology company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Meso-scale Technology Center. The successful candidate will develop and sustain manufacturing processes utilizing cutting-edge technologies to achieve micron-level tolerances in precision machining. Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
* Investigate the latest precision machining technologies.
* Tooling design.
* Provide design for manufacturing input on new product design and troubleshoot process issues.
* Documentation creation and maintenance.
Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:
* 7+ years of applicable experience in precision machining, manufacturing, and design (part design, product design, and/or process design)
* Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or applicable Sciences.
* Solid modeling experience.
* Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
* Ability to work in and/or lead diverse cross-functional teams.
* Strong mechanical aptitude.
* Ability to prioritize day-to-day activities, balancing immediate needs with long-term project goals.
* Familiarity with RF, microwave, and mm wave applications is desired.
