Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team for the 2nd shift, which runs from 4 PM to 2 AM. The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting various equipment, with a significant portion of the work responding to operator calls. Each technician is equipped with a personal tablet to handle work orders and paperwork efficiently.
Responsibilities
Respond to operator calls and troubleshoot issues.
Troubleshoot and perform minor edits on Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.
Repair and troubleshoot cameras and vision systems.
Handle 3-phase and single-phase motors.
Read and interpret drawings and blueprints for electrical cabinets.
Perform minor in-house fabrication for electrical cabinets.
Rehome and set points for Fanuc and Motoman robots and start them up.
Replace sensors and components of vision systems.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting on Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs.
Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including working with 480v systems.
Experience with robotics, particularly Fanuc and Motoman.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and understand schematics.
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferably 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Strong electrical skillset is highly desirable.
No specific educational or certification requirements.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hopkinsville, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $60320.00/yr.
Vacation begins accruing from day 1
2 weeks of paid time off accrued in year 1
There are 10 paid holidays throughout the year
