Job Title: Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated 2nd shift Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician responsible for mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting. You will work with a variety of equipment including band saws, cut-off saws, horizontal contour cutters, laser cutters, up to 20-ton presses, slitters, 400HP grinders, glue machines, rollers, conveyors, ABB/Fanuc/Motoman Robots, hydraulics, pneumatics, up to 400 HP motors, bearings, fans, breakers, fuses, sensors, etc. up to 480v 3-phase. This role requires the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, use a volt meter, and possess knowledge in LOTO and AC/DC. You will install machinery, troubleshoot PLCs, read and follow ladder logic, and make necessary adjustments.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical, electrical, and PLC troubleshooting on various equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Use a volt meter and perform LOTO procedures.
Install and troubleshoot machinery and electrical systems.
Read and follow ladder logic for PLCs.
Check inputs/outputs and replace sensors as needed.
Essential Skills
5+ years of multi-craft industrial maintenance experience.
4+ years of industrial electric experience up to 480v 3-phase.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Proficiency in using a multimeter.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting, including Siemens PLCs.
Ability to read and follow ladder logic, and check inputs/outputs.
Possession of basic hand tools and a tool box.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $39.00/hr.
