Identify algorithms for risk/violation/low-quality issues in e-commerce scenarios (e.g., products, shopping carts, short videos, live streams). Mine and identify algorithms to detect fraudulent behaviors and to identify risky, violated, or low-quality merchants and creators. Optimize algorithms for large-scale brand libraries, products, and content deduplication/clustering. Contribute to data construction, instruction fine-tuning, chain-of-thought and alignment for large models in the e-commerce domain to optimize overall effectiveness. Explore reinforcement learning and operational research algorithms in intelligent dispatching and audit scheduling to improve audit quality and efficiency. What You Will Do

Optimize basic algorithms across NLP, vision, multimodal, search, graph, LLM, etc., to support governance business and apply cutting-edge technologies to e-commerce scenarios. Streamline CV model optimization in e-commerce, including fine-grained product image classification, object recognition, feature extraction, logo/brand recognition, etc. Enhance video classification, multimodal content mining/understanding of e-commerce short videos and live broadcasts to improve the shopping experience. Optimize risk identification models for text content in e-commerce (product copy, images with text, voice descriptions). Improve risk mining algorithms for comments, reports, and other public opinion content related to products/short videos/live broadcasts to enhance governance impact. Research large-scale multimodal algorithms (vision, speech, language) and their deployment in e-commerce contexts. Extract data from entities such as content in live broadcasts, products, merchants, and influencers; model large-scale networks for content understanding, multimodal representation, and community mining. Participate in building a large-scale graph storage and graph learning platform to support graph learning with billions of nodes and edges. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field Strong coding skills in Linux; proficient in Python, Go, or C++ Solid foundation in data structures/algorithms; strong theoretical and practical experience in machine learning/deep learning Familiar with 1-2 areas among NLP, computer vision, multimodal, graph algorithms, search, text/data mining, and LLM Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; passionate about tackling challenging problems Good teamwork and communication skills Experience in platform governance/audit/risk control/content security or overseas internet/e-commerce is preferred Fluent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills preferred Experience studying/working/living overseas is preferred Job Information

For Pay Transparency

Compensation Description (Annually): The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118,657 - $129,600 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary by location; employees have day-one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and more. 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time are offered (prorated upon hire with tenure).
