Reporting directly to the Vice President, Digital Marketing, the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will be an experienced end-to-end digital growth marketer who leads and executes digital marketing strategy in partnership with cross-functional teams (ecommerce, creative, merchandising) and handles day-to-day execution across relevant platforms and technologies. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge in ecommerce and digital best practices, including campaign reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

Run point on digital marketing execution and strategy across omni-channel efforts to support all DTC businesses Manage paid media across all channels (PPC, social, search, display) in partnership with the media agency Assist in CRM management related to email and off-channel marketing touch points Assist with marketplace marketing efforts Share weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting across all active digital marketing channels Implement best practices to drive business forward Paid Media Lead paid media strategy to support all DTC businesses in partnership with the Vice President, Digital Marketing Manage day-to-day relationship with paid media agency, ensuring targeting, budget, and campaign execution align with brand guidelines and targets Oversee campaign performance and optimize to meet KPI goals and ROI Collaborate with broader marketing teams to support local activations Develop and own marketing testing plan across all digital channels Guide Associate Manager in asset selection and support the global marketing calendar Ensure brand voice and media strategy are carried through on all paid digital channels Partner with marketplace team on marketing efforts to drive revenue Own Affiliate programs for all DTC brands, including strategy, optimizations, and reporting Overall Manage Associate Manager, Performance Marketing and Senior Specialist, Media Support ad-hoc projects and activities as required Own digital marketing budget reconciliation and monthly billing Stay up-to-date with technology trends and best practices Monitor competition and provide improvement suggestions 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within fashion or accessories Experience with Facebook Ad Manager, DMPs, DSPs, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, etc. Experience with enterprise CRM systems is beneficial Experience working with and managing digital marketing agencies Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and their roles in the marketing mix Experience in luxury, fashion or accessories is a plus Experience creating weekly/monthly campaign performance analyses Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong commercial sense and meticulous attention to detail Ability to build and maintain relationships Strong organization and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects Proactive self-starter with initiative Base salary range: $120,000 to $130,000 per year. Base salary is determined by factors such as experience and market location.
