About the Role We are hiring for one of our clients, an innovative media agency, seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Amazon Search Manager

to join their dynamic team in Los Angeles. This hybrid role requires a minimum of one day per week in the Hollywood office.

As a Senior Amazon Search Manager, you will lead and execute paid search strategies specifically for

CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) clients

on the Amazon platform. This is a

hands-on role

requiring day-to-day campaign management and optimization, while also acting as the primary Amazon and search expert for assigned accounts.

Your expertise in Amazon’s advertising ecosystem - including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP - will be key to delivering significant ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop, implement, and manage Amazon paid search strategies tailored to client objectives, driving revenue growth through keyword research, bid management, budget allocation, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.

Hands-On Management:

Set up, launch, and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns with full tactical ownership.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing clients with clear, actionable insights.

Client Management:

Build strong client relationships, presenting strategies, updates, and new opportunities effectively.

Strategic Thinking:

Stay ahead of Amazon platform updates and industry trends to leverage new features and opportunities.

Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams to ensure integrated and effective campaign strategies.

Troubleshooting & Optimization:

Proactively identify issues, run A/B tests, and apply optimization techniques to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on media buying experience with a strong focus on

Amazon Advertising (AMS, Amazon DSP)

Deep understanding of Amazon’s ad formats, targeting, and measurement tools

Proven success in managing and scaling Amazon paid search campaigns for

CPG or e-commerce clients

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into insights and strategies

Excellent communication and presentation abilities for clients and internal teams

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with

Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central , and tools such as Skai/Pacvue, Helium 10, Stackline, and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (preferred)
