KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer telephone inquiries, refer callers, and retrieve messages on the FLU line. Review data and information from multiple sources including Presentence Investigation Reports. Establish and maintain physical and electronic case/project files. Open criminal restitution judgments in the case database, ensuring accuracy for joint/several liabilities. Determine and input correct CCAM numbers to facilitate appropriate disbursements by the Clerk's Office. Enter, manipulate, and retrieve case data from various databases. Generate and format internal and management reports. Reconcile inconsistencies in payment posting and perform analytical computations to validate accuracy. Maintain organized records of all Presentence Investigation Reports in a shared digital environment. Schedule depositions, process invoices, and prepare fiscal forms and correspondence using word processing tools. Provide general administrative and clerical support related to criminal fines, penalties, and restitution matters. EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to analyze documents and extract critical information. Experience with legal, financial, or records management preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Familiarity with legal case data entry systems and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and database tools. Effective oral and written communication. Ability to work independently while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
