This is a rare opportunity to build the marketing engine at a company solving complex enterprise problems in automation and intelligent document processing.

The Opportunity As the Founding Head of Marketing, you’ll architect and lead the company’s marketing function from scratch. You’ll manage a
DevRel lead
and
Growth Engineer , owning the full spectrum of enterprise marketing, product marketing, and demand generation.
You’ll partner directly with founders and senior leadership to craft a modern GTM strategy inspired by best-in-class companies like
Vercel, Ramp, Databricks, and Cohere —while staying deeply hands-on in execution.
What You’ll Do
Build and lead the marketing function from zero
Manage and grow a cross-functional marketing team
Own enterprise marketing strategy and execution (ABM, demand gen, pipeline growth)
Launch foundational marketing channels: content, email, case studies, webinars, customer stories
Lead product positioning and messaging to drive differentiation
Collaborate with leadership on brand narrative and category definition
Report directly to CEO and own measurable impact across brand, leads, and revenue
What We’re Looking For
6–10+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally at high-growth automation, data, or infrastructure companies
Experience as a founding or early-stage marketing hire at a startup (ideally within its first 6 years)
Deep expertise in enterprise GTM, ABM, and demand generation
Strong operator with ability to build, lead, and scale a marketing function
Background in developer-focused or AI/automation marketing a plus
Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute fast
