Overview
Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Recruiting Enablement Program Manager to support our client’s Recruiting Enablement team. Apply Now!! Contract: 6- Months
(W2) Location:
San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week, M–W) Pay Rate:
$60-70/hr W2
Responsibilities
Support and refine the current recruiter onboarding program to ensure clarity, engagement, and accelerated time-to-impact.
Develop and implement continuous training cycles to keep recruiters and sourcers current on tools, systems, and evolving processes.
Build supplemental resources (playbooks, guides, quick-reference materials) to reinforce onboarding and learning.
Lead training sessions across formats: onsite, virtual, instructor-led, and app-based; conduct train-the-trainer sessions.
Partner with recruiting leadership and operations teams to ensure enablement aligns with business needs.
Leverage AI tools and practices to enhance training design, delivery, and scale.
Measure program effectiveness through adoption, feedback, and performance metrics, iterating continuously.
What You Bring Must-Have:
5+ years of Learning & Development (L&D) experience, with direct ownership of onboarding and training program delivery.
Proven experience in hyper-growth environments within the last 5 years.
Strong facilitation and communication skills, able to engage diverse recruiter/sourcer audiences.
AI-first mindset and hands-on use of AI tools for enablement or training.
Proficiency in GSuite and Slack.
Nice-to-Have
Recruiting enablement or recruiting operations background.
Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, Pave, Right Hire, Airtable, or LMS platforms (Sana a plus).
Experience designing scalable training for fast-changing tools and workflows.
