Picking, Shipping, Receiving
What You'll Be Doing Support daily distribution center functions, including receiving, picking, storing, packing, and shipping Transport, stage, and store products safely and efficiently Operate forklifts and other powered equipment as required Ensure productivity and quality goals are consistently met Pull, prepare, and complete shipping orders using RF scanners, paperwork, and packaging standards Perform data entry, merchandise scan-ins, and maintain accurate inventory counts Build shipping boxes according to product size, weight, and contents Create accurate shipping labels across multiple carriers, including potential international waybills Utilize various computer systems to consolidate orders, create commercial invoices, and process shipments Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials independently or as part of a team Participate in available training opportunities, including forklift certification and OSHA10 Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following 5S and safety standards Inspect, operate, and maintain warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, floor lifts, and tools Report any equipment issues or safety concerns promptly Cross-train in multiple functions to support department-wide production and quality goals What You'll Need
Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend frequently, and lift up to 50 lbs. consistently Dependable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shifts, including overtime Comfortable operating powered equipment such as forklifts (training available if needed) Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to perform computer-based tasks (e.g., data entry, order tracking, use of tablets/scanners) High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Experience with forklifts, stock pickers, or manual pallet jacks is a plus
