Title: RPA Developer - Remote/Hybrid with 2 days onsite every 2 weeks in DC
SYSTEMTEC
is seeking an RPA Developer with at least 4 years of experience designing, developing, maintaining, and deploying automation solutions within a FedRAMP-compliant GovCloud environment. Candidates must be able to obtain a Public Trust or higher level clearance.
Required Qualifications of the RPA Developer:
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies. Applicants must be able to obtain a Public Trust or higher-level clearance. Bachelor's degree or equivalent credential from recognized institution 4+ years of experience developing and deploying RPA solutions. Experience working in federal/highly regulated environments with a familiarity of FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, and/or RMF (Risk Management Framework). Proficient programming/scripting knowledge in .NET, Python, JavaScript, VBA, and low-code concepts. Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficiency in at least one RPA platform:
UiPath Atomation Anywhere Blue Prism
Responsibilities of the RPA Developer:
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive and rules-based business processes within a secure FedRAMP environment. Build and maintain RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath Ensure all automation solutions align with FedRAMP and other cybersecurity guidelines. Collaborate with system owners, security, infrastructure, and other distributed teams to ensure automation scripts pass required CM processes. Maintain thorough documentation for bot designs, development activities, code reviews, and deployment procedures. Conduct RPA bot monitoring, logging, error handling, and performance tuning in accordance with SLAs and system uptime requirements.
Work Location: Onsite 2 days/every other week in DC area. Otherwise, remote.
