We are seeking experienced
Agile Team Coaches
to join our client engagement within the
Financial Services & Wealth Management
domain. This role focuses on
team-level coaching
to build high-performing Agile teams, enhance delivery practices, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Coach Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) in Agile values, principles, and practices. Guide Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams to improve team maturity, collaboration, and self-organization. Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies to enhance team effectiveness. Partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve impediments impacting delivery. Promote a culture of continuous learning, feedback, and transparency within teams. Provide hands-on support for Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps). Use Agile metrics to help teams inspect, adapt, and deliver business value effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an
Agile Coach / Team Coach
within large-scale enterprise environments. Strong expertise with
Agile frameworks
(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.). Must have Agile certifications
(ICP-Client, ICP-ATF, SPC, CSM, CSP-SM, or equivalent). Scrum Master experience & certification
(CSM/PSM) is highly preferred. Prior coaching experience in
Financial Services , with
Wealth Management
domain expertise being a strong plus. Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and communication skills.
