Lancaster, PA - Neffsville Plumbing & Heating
Schedule:
Full-Time, In-Office (Not Remote) | Rotating evenings (not overnight) + day-shift weekends
Compensation:
$16.00 - $18.00/hr

Handle inbound customer calls and convert them into scheduled service appointments Make outbound calls to schedule and follow up with customers Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain accurate and timely customer records Communicate with dispatch and management to support smooth daily operations What We're Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive, professional, and customer-focused demeanor Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities Self-motivated and team-oriented High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher a plus)
