Location: Walpole, MA
Compensation: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour + benefits
Schedule: Full-time

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team and help us continue to deliver exceptional service to every customer, every time.

What You’ll Do:
As a CSR, your primary role will be to convert incoming calls into booked service appointments and do whatever it takes to promote customer satisfaction. You\'ll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation and ensuring customers feel confident in choosing us for their home service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book and schedule service appointments across our HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and Heating Oil departments
  • Deliver call scripts with a natural, engaging, and friendly tone
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our brand positively
  • Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Maintain and update customer records with accurate, complete information
  • Adhere to company protocols for handling and resolving customer concerns quickly and favorably
  • Participate in training and coaching to improve performance and outbound call conversion
  • Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
