We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.POSITION SUMMARY:The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of SFC's digital marketing initiatives with a focus on project coordination, campaign deployment, and performance tracking. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, facility marketing teams, and our in-house web developer, this role ensures that digital campaigns, landing pages, and online initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with brand standards.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Campaign Coordination & ExecutionImplement digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and paid media channels following strategic direction from the Digital Marketing ManagerCreate start-up digital footprint including account creation on Google Business, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Meta, LinkedIn, and moreCreate tracking pixels and coordinate with web and digital strategy to ensure campaigns are properly tracked across platformsStart-up account management and implementation of email marketing software, forms, and data collection with proper legal and anti-spam considerationsWorking knowledge of SEO strategies and tactics including on and off page optimization, campaign creation, and reportingManage campaign timelines, ensuring all necessary assets are delivered and stakeholders are informedCoordinate with facility marketing teams to gather required information for campaigns, evaluate creative, and proof materialsWebsite & Landing Page SupportMake on-demand website changes (text, image, forms, new sections), primarily in WordPress Elementor or similar WISIWYG Wordpress editorsPartner with the in-house web manager to coordinate updates, new landing pages, and website enhancements for facilitiesEnsure all web requests are documented, prioritized, QC'd, and tested before launchReview and QA pages for accuracy, functionality, and alignment with campaign goalsAnalytics & ReportingMonitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, SEM Rush, social platform insights, and other reporting toolsCompile regular reports for the Digital Marketing Manager to evaluate campaign success and identify opportunities for improvementTrack KPIs for both corporate and facility-level marketing activitiesCreate on-demand reports in industry software such as Placer.AI, Seamless.AI, and others for cross-departmental requestsCross-Team CollaborationWork with the Digital Marketing Strategist to align on strategy and key prioritiesCommunicate with the web developer, graphic designers, and facility marketing contacts to keep projects moving forwardAssist in managing digital advertising assets, targeting lists, and tracking linksMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred1-3 years of experience in digital marketing coordination or project managementExperience working in a multi-location, franchise, or agency setting a plusPREFERRED SKILLS:Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEM Rush, HubSpot CRM, Email marketing software, and social media business toolsFamiliarity with project management or task tracking software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)Proficiency with Elementor and a strong grasp of web design principlesExperience with SEO setup and optimization in WordPressAbility to quickly learn new tools or processes on the fly and adapt to challengesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholdersCollaborative and proactive communication style
