SUMMARY

Pay: $18.50 an hour
The Truck to Truck (Forklift) Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient movement and placement of containers with waste from Company facilities and direct generators using a forklift. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform multiple tasks while supporting operational efficiency and compliance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Offload, palletize, and reload material using a forklift (75% of time)
Coordinate loads between hubs, plants, and outbound destinations (5%)
Ensure transportation efficiency and compliance with storage permits (5%)
Dispatch transportation from hubs (5%)
Assist in tracking manifest return timelines (5%)
Maintain Hub Database using Outlook and Hub Management (5%)
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
0-3 years of experience
Forklift trained (required)
Proficiency in Windows-based applications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently
Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and operate forklifts
Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
Ability to move drums (up to 800 lbs with a drum dolly) and flex bins (up to 1500 lbs with a pallet jack)
