Building Engineer
to join their team. As a
Building Engineer,
you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:

Des Moines, IA Pay:
$30-$35/hr. What's the Job? Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal facility performance.
Travel between multiple facilities to monitor and maintain equipment functionality (company vehicle provided)
Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control.
Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.
Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.
What's Needed? High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
EPA Universal Certification.
Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
