Olympia, WA Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Travel between multiple facilities, ensuring proper function and compliance with standards. Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance and inventory control. Monitor and record equipment performance, making necessary adjustments for efficiency. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent. 2-4 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems. EPA 608 Type II Certification.
