has an opening for an experienced
Litigation Paralegal . The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, able to manage busy attorneys and work independently. Responsibilities
include but are not limited to, preparing e-filings for court, scheduling depositions where there are many parties involved, legal research, opening new files, time entry
(Aderant) , and day-to-day responsibilities. Required Experience & Skills: Minimum of 5 years of litigation defense experience,
asbestos defense experience is a plus* Experience with pre-trial and trial preparation Experience maintaining deposition calendars and master case lists for both active and inactive cases for internal and client review Ability to effectively communicate with clients regarding case activity Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team, to assist attorneys Excellent communication skills, including attention to detail in writing Proficient in Microsoft skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) Document Management System (DMS) experience
