This role will collaborate with the firm’s Lead Advisors and existing support team to create and implement a seamless client experience of financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
Join lead advisors in client meetings and serve as "Second Chair" Aid in client meetings by making presentations, taking notes, completing dictation, and building client relationships Serve as the primary conduit between the client and operations teams
Communicate proactively and consistently with clients to identify changes in their financial lives and needs that should be met
As you get more comfortable with the business and planning philosophy, eventually present plans to clients and conduct and lead client meetings Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required – education background in finance preferred 2+ years in financial service or insurance industry required Life and Health, Series 6, Series 63 licenses preferred Possess basic computer and Microsoft Office experience Service mindset for excellent client care and client rapport building Independent learner who seeks knowledge and is adaptable to change Best version of yourself in a highly collaborative and interdependent team setting Ability to excel in an organized and detail-oriented environment Benefits
