Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic
Property Manager
to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned HOA Portfolio. If you are passionate about making a difference in peoples lives and thriving in a fast-paced environment, wed like to meet you.
Responsibilities Budget preparation Secure competitive bids for services Attendance of Board Meetings Make sound recommendations to clients to assist them with the proper operation of the association Preparation of Board Packets and management reports Understand financial statements, payables and receivables Negotiate contracts Inspect properties on a regular basis and work with Assistant Property Manager to schedule necessary
maintenance/repairs Provide customer service to association residents and board members Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies
Qualifications Positive attitude Proven working experience in property management Licensed Community Association Manager (or willing to obtain license) Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills Experience with property management software preferred Benefits: Free life insurance after 90 days, access to group health plan, fully stocked kitchen, generous holiday schedule with paid time off
