Were excited to offer a great opportunity to join our team as an Assistant to the Property Manager. We are a thriving HOA property management company, with almost 30 years of experience in HOA Property Management, seeking a cheerful, dedicated, and energetic individual.
As our Assistant to the Property Manager, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations, assisting the Property Manager with managing homeowner associations in accordance with The Declaration, Rules & Regulations, and applicable municipality, state & federal laws.
Responsibilities: Respond to questions from Owners or Residents and answer incoming phone calls. Upload and manage associations with MC Web Portals or the association web portal as required. Manage parking programs and stickers. Receive, process, follow up and close out work orders as determined by the Property Manager and/or Board Members. Issue & follow up on homeowner/property
compliance/violations
as determined by the Property Manager and/or Board Members. Fulfill property inspections as requested. Schedule in-person or Zoom meetings for the Association Meetings. Assist Property Manager in preparing Board Packets as needed. Request proposals, prepared contracts as needed. Analyze specifications and rates as supplied by the vendors and provide recommendations. Prepare and process monthly, quarterly & annual mailings and mailing agendas with the Property Manager. Prepare and file homeowner communication as requested. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in customer service Experience as an assistant property manager is a plus. Willingness to obtain community association managers license is a plus. Pay: $18 - $20 per hour with additional compensation opportunities
