Position Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in restaurant equipment sales and foodservice operations. The ideal candidate has established relationships with operators, contractors, or distributors and understands the demands of the commercial kitchen industry. Experience selling into K-12 schools or government foodservice accounts is a plus. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, contractors, schools, and foodservice professionals
Prospect and secure new business opportunities in the restaurant and foodservice equipment market
Present and sell tailored equipment solutions for commercial kitchens, cafeterias, and institutional operations
Stay current on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings
Meet or exceed sales goals through proactive territory management and customer engagement
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and vendor showcases
Demonstrate our core values in all interactions: pride and passion in your work, positivity, curiosity, respect, and a results-driven mindset
Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of outside sales experience in restaurant equipment, commercial kitchens, or foodservice industry required
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, foodservice equipment, and kitchen design
Existing client relationships within the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
Experience with K-12 schools or government foodservice contracts is a plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
Self-motivated, with the ability to manage a territory independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
