Mike Agruss Law is seeking an experienced
Personal Injury Case Manager
who is fluent in
Urdu and English
to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will manage client communication, medical records, and case files with compassion and strong organizational skills. If you’re detail-oriented, bilingual, and passionate about helping injured clients, we’d love to have you on our team.
This position will start as a 90-day probationary period. After the 90-day period, we will discuss transitioning this position into a full-time, salaried exempt position with accompanying benefits.
*Community involvement in South Asian-related initiatives is a plus! Compensation:
$25 hourly Responsibilities:
Prepare letters to opposing parties and insurance companies. Order police reports, medical records, and bills. Review settlement demand packages with clients. Work closely with lawyers, paralegals, and the settlement coordinator. Oversee all aspects of case management to ensure smooth handling of cases. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case updates and information gathering. Arrange and keep case files in order, including legal documents. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless workflow. Qualifications:
Comfortable working with all Microsoft Office products Organizational and communication skills are necessary for this position Experience with legal software, litigation case management, and docketing programs Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines with quick turnaround times High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate’s degree is a plus About Company Mike Agruss Law was founded in 2012.
