Our client, a top law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 2–4 years of civil litigation experience to join their Tampa office. Prior experience in community association litigation is preferred. The position requires the ability to manage cases independently with some supervision. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong writing and communication skills and have a desire to grow within a nationally recognized platform. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Florida. This is a full-time, in-office role
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and interpret contracts, corporate governance materials, and community association documents.
Independently manage litigation matters, including collections, violations, and related lawsuits for community associations.
Advise Community Association Boards and property managers on corporate and legal matters.
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
Attend hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain effective communication with clients on legal issues about community association law.
Requirements: 2–4 years of civil litigation experience (defense) Must be a member of the FL Bar
