HR Systems Consultant - Prism
within our
HR Systems
group based in Houston, Texas. We seek an individual with both functional and technical experience in multiple HRIS enterprise platforms to support our ongoing high volume of integrations. This role will also act as a Workday Prism developer and reporting analytics expert. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining existing integrations and reporting needs. Responsibilities include: Proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics In-depth knowledge of Composite, Matrix, Trending reporting, Calculated fields, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, and Security concepts Developing Prism solutions for advanced reporting and dashboards to meet organizational needs Integrating data from various system databases into reporting and analytics Optimizing integrations and reporting processes Regular data review to ensure security and appropriate stakeholder access Providing guidance, troubleshooting, and training for end users Facilitating discovery meetings to gather business requirements Documenting and maintaining integration and reporting processes Supporting integration testing and implementation Designing, testing, and maintaining HCM-related integrations using APIs, Cloud Connect, Core Connect, EIB, Studio, etc. Engaging with stakeholders and vendors on project scope and updates Monitoring and resolving reporting and integration errors Constructing logic for data transformations Identifying opportunities to improve user experience and efficiency Ensuring HRIS data privacy and cybersecurity compliance Collaborating across diverse teams and time zones Exhibiting excellent communication and problem-solving skills Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 5 years supporting HRIS applications (Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Taleo) At least 3 years creating HR, Benefits, and Payroll analytics dashboards and reports At least 2 years developing, testing, and deploying integrations 2+ years with Workday Prism Functional knowledge of Workday modules (Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, etc.) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Office 365, especially Excel Attention to detail and meticulousness Desired Qualifications: Workday HCM certifications (Integration, Prism, or Workday Pro) Familiarity with Workday modules including Extend and Security Understanding of cloud-based integration solutions, APIs, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT Recruitment Fraud Notice: Please be aware of scams impersonating Oxy recruiters.
