Job Requirements

Mid-level associate with commercial and business litigation experience, preferably in a large law firm setting.

Strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and capacity to handle significant project responsibilities.

Admitted to the Nevada bar.

Willingness to participate in community and professional organizations for professional development.

Compensation and Benefits Expected pay range: $225,000 to $250,000 per year, adjusted based on experience, location, and other factors. Full-time employees may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, disability coverage, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401K, paid time off, and additional voluntary programs.
