We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources professional eager to grow within a dynamic HR team. This role offers exposure to diverse experiences and requires a proactive approach to HR partnerships, with strong organizational, communication, and execution skills. You will manage high-touch HR activities for our Philadelphia business unit, balancing tactical and strategic initiatives aligned with company-wide programs. Additionally, as part of our HR Operations team, you will help optimize and implement HR programs that enhance employee and manager experiences. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of making organizational impacts in a mid-sized, matrix environment. Location:

This position requires being based in Horsham, PA, with no remote work or relocation assistance provided. Key Responsibilities

Guide workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, engagement, development, and compensation management. Develop strong partnerships with management and employees across all levels. Provide counsel to managers on complex employee performance issues, investigations, and improvement plans. Support workforce planning and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fill positions effectively and timely. Assist in the annual performance review process and advise on compensation strategies. Coordinate with HR teams (TA, Talent Management, Total Rewards, L&D) to execute and communicate HR programs. Participate in developing and implementing company-wide HR initiatives. Qualifications for Success

Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels, including remote management. Ability to switch between tactical and strategic work seamlessly. Extensive knowledge of employment law, workforce planning, organizational design, and employee/labor relations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% for site visits and meetings. Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications like PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP are required if degree is in another field. At least 8 years of progressive HR experience in a mid-sized company, managing both professional and union employees. Experience managing remote locations and in industries like construction or engineering is preferred. Our Commitment
