Epicor Financial Consultant
to our consulting team. As an
Epicor Financial Consultant
at 2W, you will lead efforts to help our customers derive value from their ERP investments. You will immerse yourself in the customer's business, working closely with executives, managers, and key employees to make the ERP system the “central nervous system” of their operations. Your role combines manufacturing business knowledge with technology to address challenges of varying scope, scale, and complexity. Requirements
Knowledge and experience in manufacturing business processes and ERP technology (Epicor Kinetic experience is a plus but not required) Strong emotional intelligence to connect with diverse individuals Excellent communication skills—listening, speaking, writing, and visualizing ideas Organizational skills to translate ideas into actionable plans Energy and confidence to tackle problems and challenges Discipline to see projects through to completion Continuous, self-directed learning mindset Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing roles related to Operations, Accounting, Sales, Consulting Services, or Project Management within ERP or Supply Chain domains This is a full-time, permanent position offering health, dental, life insurance, LTD, 401K, and a generous vacation policy.
