You should be a people-first individual, passionate about enhancing your skills and rolling out innovative programs that align with our business objectives and help individuals reach their full potential. The HRBP will align business objectives with employees and management, form partnerships across HR to deliver value-added services, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, employment, management, and other policies. Promote a high-performance culture. Partner with business leaders to advise and execute strategic HR initiatives, including workforce planning, talent management, engagement, retention, rewards, and employee relations. Establish and maintain HR policies and standards. Consult with employees and managers to drive performance, communicate cultural values, and foster inclusion. Maintain accurate employee records. Serve as a liaison between HR and management. Communicate professionally with co-workers, management, clients, and others. Assist with employee development, coaching, and training initiatives. Adhere to safety rules and use safety equipment. Administer HR policies and procedures. Analyze HR data and recommend actions to management. Process HR-related paperwork efficiently. Prepare internal communications regarding compensation, benefits, or policies. Utilize knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and procedures. Perform job functions based on instructions and guidelines. Present to various group sizes confidently. Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing employees. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employment and partner with legal as needed. Travel required 25-30%. Skills & Experience 5-8+ years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues. Formal education preferred, but relevant experience and achievements are most important. Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including compensation, organizational diagnosis, talent management, employee and union relations, diversity, and employment laws. Ability to understand organizational hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, and compensation practices. Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations, and policies. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills. Bilingual skills are a plus.
