The HR Business Partner collaborates with senior leadership to lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development to build a resilient, future-ready organization. Through analysis of HR metrics and trends, the HRBP informs strategic decisions and enhances employee engagement and retention. With expertise in employee relations, performance management, compensation, and labor law compliance, the HRBP provides trusted guidance across their business groups globally. The HRBP collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards CoEs to deliver integrated HR solutions tailored to global contexts, driving change management with clarity and purpose.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Provide full-cycle strategic HR services for the organization, with overall responsibility for directing and coordinating HR strategies, policies and procedures for the functions* Trusted advisor to senior leaders, achieving organizational effectiveness by enhancing interpersonal relations and team dynamics* Coach leaders on organizational initiatives, processes, and change management* Facilitate leadership development exercises and initiatives for managers and their teams* Empower leaders to make independent and informed people decisions within company policies and frameworks* Challenge leaders on their people decisions and considerations with strategic ambition in mind* Strongly advocate the development and deployment of top talent into critical positions* A global platform to make a meaningful impact in a critical industry.
