Starting Salary Range: $60,000 -70,000 EFK Moen, LLC, is a civil engineering design consulting firm headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri with additional office locations in St. Charles, Missouri, Chicago and Fairview Heights, Illinois, and Atlanta, Georgia. Job Description: Under the direction of a
supervisor/mentor(s),
the CAD Technician will perform CAD design services in a team-oriented environment. Project emphasis is transportation engineering design for both public and private sectors which range in scope from small to multimillion-dollar designs. Services are provided to a wide range of clients that include state DOTs and other governmental agencies - municipal, county and state. Qualified applicants for this position should have an expressed interest in pursuing a career in transportation, bridge, and highway or traffic design. Duties & Responsibilities: The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive: Create and modify high quality civil engineering drawings and exhibits; perform calculations and prepare maps; produce drawings and data for input into an Engineering Database and GIS Apply advanced modeling techniques to develop and modify complex 2D and 3D models using a variety of CAD software programs Work as part of a team to deliver quality design that adheres to the project budget and schedule Responsible for ensuring that drawings are compliant with industry standards and provide quality control reviews on project drawings Performs other job duties as assigned Minimum
Knowledge/Qualifications,
