Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Dock Worker with mailroom experience to support freight handling, mail operations, and package scanning in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player able to multi-task, cross-train, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism in a casual business dress code setting.
Key Responsibilities: H andle moving freight on pallets using pallet jacks and mail carts. Scan and process packages for dock and mailroom operations, including shipping and receiving with FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Perform mailroom duties with accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate effectively with team members and provide excellent customer service to end users. Operate laptop and iPad to support daily operational tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Required Qualifications: Experience in dock/warehouse and mailroom operations. Ability to lift packages up to 75 pounds and move pallets regularly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multi-task and cross-train with team members .
Working Conditions: Casual business dress code in a corporate office environment. Use of pallet jacks and mail carts. Free parking available.
