Coordinating with vendors and internal departments, ensuring the timely availability of parts to support operational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with inventory management software, parts sourcing, and a proven track record in inventory management. RequirementsResponsibilities:•Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of all supply parts. •Use inventory management software to track inventory levels, orders, deliveries, and shipments.•Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards. •Monitor usage trends, analyze data, and make recommendations for inventory optimization. •Research and source multiple suppliers to obtain the best pricing and lead times. •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of part specifications, vendors, and market pricing. •Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. •Collaborate with purchasing, maintenance, and operations teams to align inventory with business needs. •Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and conditions with vendors to maximize value. •Prepare and present inventory and cost reports to senior management. Knowledge and Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of learning new software (inventory management and similar systems)Strong research skills and the ability to compare supplier quotes and pricing. Is a team player with a positive attitudeWorking Conditions: •Office and warehouse environments may require occasional lifting or movement of parts. •Regular use of computer systems, supplier databases, and management software. •Occasional travel to supplier locations or company facilities as needed. Preferred Education:High School Diploma or equivalent
