BCG Attorney Search
A Centennial, CO-based law firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorney specializing in civil matters. This role is suitable for a legal professional with at least five years of litigation experience who excels in a dynamic environment, applies critical thinking to complex disputes, and is committed to ethical and effective client advocacy.
Duties:
Provide strategic legal services across various civil litigation cases Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, and represent clients in court Conduct detailed legal research and draft memoranda, briefs, and pleadings Collaborate on litigation strategies and case management with team members Maintain organized case files and meet legal deadlines accurately Participate in legal strategy sessions and contribute to team growth Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients throughout legal proceedings Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience Active Colorado law license Experience in court proceedings, including hearings and motions Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload Strong written and oral advocacy skills Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Certifications:
Good standing with the Colorado Bar Skills:
Legal research and drafting Strategic and analytical thinking Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with legal technologies (Mac/Apple, case management platforms, Google Suite, Adobe, Microsoft) Ability to handle multiple cases and priorities concurrently Job Location:
