Duties
Handle personal injury cases, including case strategy development and litigation. Conduct legal research, draft motions, and prepare legal memoranda. Take and defend depositions. Argue motions in court. Participate in arbitration and trial proceedings. Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Requirements
5–10 years of experience in civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury cases. Proven experience in motions practice, depositions, and courtroom advocacy. Strong legal writing and research skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to delivering high-quality legal representation to clients. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Certifications
Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado. Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.
