Residence Counselor
to work in our
Fulton & Montgomery Agency.
As the
Residence Counselor , you would be responsible for: Develop and implement Individual Action Plans Teach independent living skills such as nutrition, housekeeping skills, personal hygiene, money management, etc. Demonstrate appropriate assessment skills and crisis intervention Encourage residents to develop appropriate social skills and participate in recreational and leisure time activities Attend and participate in staff meetings and trainings Foster open communication, and show understanding, support, and respect to all residents Provide appropriate supervision to residents when taking medications. Follow emergency on-call procedures (a. Be alert to potential crisis, intervene and make appropriate notifications b. Demonstrate appropriate assessment skills and crisis intervention). Minimum Salary: $17.00 per hour Residence Counselor
Maximum Salary: $17.00 per hour Residence Counselor
Schedule:
Varies based on the program needs Night, weekend, and overnight shifts are available Full Time Position:
