to join its

Candidate Profile
JD
from a
top-tier law school
with an
excellent academic record (link removed)> Active Bar Admission
in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
9+ years
of substantive experience in
structured finance ,
securitization ,
and/or CLO transactions (link removed)> Strong familiarity with
regulatory issues ,
deal structuring , and
capital markets transactions (link removed)> Demonstrated ability to independently manage transactions and mentor junior team members.
AmLaw Experience : Relevant experience at an
AmLaw 100 firm
is strongly preferred.
Soft Skills : Excellent analytical and writing skills, business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
Advise financial institutions, funds, and corporate clients on a wide variety of
structured finance matters , including
securitizations ,
CLOs ,
warehouse facilities , and other complex
financings (link removed)>
Lead deal execution
and manage
all phases of transaction lifecycle.
Draft and negotiate key transaction documents
and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide
regulatory counsel
on securitization compliance and risk issues.
Collaborate with cross-practice teams on innovative deal structures and client service.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation : Annual base salary is expected to range from
$475,000
$525,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, and market factors. Discretionary
bonus
