58 years
of substantive experience in
structured finance ,
securitization , or
secured lending (link removed)> Demonstrated experience in complex finance transactions, including
acquisition and leveraged financing ,
securities offerings , and
leasing transactions (link removed)> Knowledge of
asset-backed securitizations
and
structured financings related to transportation assets
or other esoteric asset classes.
Proven ability to
handle end-to-end deal execution
in a fast-paced, transactional practice.
Strong client service skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate

Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate

capital markets transactions
tailored to the unique characteristics of

Compensation & Benefits
Highly Competitive Salary:
$310,000
$435,000 , commensurate with experience.
