Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction , or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next bar exam (link removed)>
16 years
of substantive
patent litigation experience.
Degrees
or
experience
in
high-tech
or
life sciences fields
are
preferred , but not required. Candidates from a
variety
of fields and industries are
encouraged
to apply.
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of patent litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
Conduct in-depth legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
Work closely with clients, technical experts, and senior attorneys to develop case strategy.
Participate in proceedings before federal courts and the Patent Office.
Engage in complex analysis of technical and scientific concepts related to patent disputes.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Compensation : includes a salary ranging from
$235,000 to $390,000
(determined by experience and market factors), along with opportunities to earn a discretionary performance-based bonus.
