Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction , or eligibility to sit for/waive into the next bar exam (link removed)>
35 years
of substantive
litigation experience.
Strong background in
copyright ,
trademark ,
trade secret ,
consumer class action , and/or
complex commercial litigation (link removed)>
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage complex cases, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in high-stakes copyright, trademark, trade secret, and commercial litigation matters.
Handle all aspects of pre-trial litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda with strategic insight.
Work closely with senior attorneys on case strategy, trial preparation, and client counseling.
Appear in federal and state courts, as well as before regulatory agencies.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation : includes a salary ranging from
$260,000 to $390,000
(determined by experience and market factors), along with opportunities to earn a discretionary performance-based
