Intercom is looking for a Recruiter to support strategic hiring for our organization and contribute to team growth. You will drive full-cycle recruitment for positions across our Business (non-tech) teams, partner with leadership as a strategic talent advisor, design recruiting strategy, and continuously iterate processes to differentiate Intercom in the market. What will I be doing?
Partner with Intercoms leaders and Hiring Managers to deeply understand their needs. Advise stakeholders on recruiting strategy, approach, and processes. Create diverse, robust pipelines and attract talent through creative sourcing tactics. Attract and convert passive candidates through authentic storytelling of company strategy and goals. Use data to diagnose challenges in searches, create solutions, and influence stakeholders. Provide an excellent candidate experience and serve as a trusted partner. What skills do I need?
4+ years of full-cycle GTM/Sales recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment. Expertise and market intelligence across business teams (GTM and G&A). Creative recruiting approach capable of attracting and converting talent. Proven track record partnering with GTM leaders to meet and exceed hiring goals. Data-driven with strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. Passion for building and managing diverse pipelines. The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $120,600 - $144,000. Actual base pay depends on factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range may change and may be modified in the future. Regular employees may be eligible for bonuses, stock in RSUs, and other compensation programs. Intercom has a hybrid working policy.
