Associate Attorney
to join our team and assist with our high-volume caseload. Our ideal candidate will have a strong legal foundation and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. We need someone with compassion for injured workers and the drive to make a difference. If you have a pleasant demeanor, negotiate like a shark, and possess excellent communication skills - we want to hear from you! We offer a

including but not limited to: Base salary starting at $100K+ (DOE) Bonuses! Company car 401K Paid time off/sick time Flexible Work Schedule Key responsibilities
will involve overseeing depositions, WCAB hearings, case preparation for trial, negotiating settlements, and reviewing AME/QME reports to determine strategic next steps. Strong teamwork, organizational and time management skills are crucial. Minimum Requirements: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) Possession of a California Bar License Commitment to learning and making a meaningful impact Although familiarity with Workers' Compensation cases is preferable, it is not required.
