LHH is partnering with a leading law firm in Miami, FL, to recruit a skilled Corporate Legal Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in corporate law to join a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review corporate documents, including contracts and formation documents Maintain and organize corporate records in compliance with applicable regulations Conduct legal research on corporate governance and other corporate matters Prepare corporate resolutions, meeting minutes, and other documents for board meetings Support attorneys with transactional matters and due diligence processes Organize and manage both electronic and physical filing systems Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience as a corporate legal assistant or paralegal Strong knowledge of corporate law, governance, and general corporate transactions Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Paralegal certification or equivalent training is preferred Why Join This Firm: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career development and advancement Collaborative and supportive work environment If you're a motivated corporate legal assistant ready for your next challenge, we invite you to apply today!
