BASIC PURPOSE Achieve staffing objectives of RPO clients by recruiting and evaluating job candidates independently. Provide the best quality service to hiring managers and job candidates through sourcing and selection. Maintain an active pool of healthcare professionals to match client needs, impacting fill rate, revenue, and profitability. Develop and execute strategies to meet personal financial goals with persistence and determination. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for various roles to meet client expectations. Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure applicant tracking systems (ATS) are up-to-date. Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prioritize work, handle multiple projects, and meet objectives with good judgment. Utilize all recruiting methods, including passive sourcing, with excellent consultative skills. Develop prospecting strategies using tools like email, phone, and social media to expand the applicant pool. Negotiate pay rates to maintain acceptable margins. Manage field staff post-hire to ensure client needs are met. Convert recruits to working candidates by collaborating with the delivery team. Address candidate and client concerns promptly, maintaining our company's standards of excellence. Keep candidate information current and ensure all communications are documented. Attend staffing meetings and training. Update candidate files to meet company and facility credentialing requirements. Audit facility compliance and ensure proper information is maintained. Contribute to marketing and advertising efforts. Complete staffing reports and support recruiting projects as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS At least 2 years of recruitment or customer service experience. 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience, healthcare experience preferred. Excellent judgment, multitasking, and goal orientation. Strong customer service and presentation skills. Travel may be required to client sites. EDUCATION High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
