Labor & Employment Consulting Attorney . This role offers flexible working hours (40, 30, or 25 hours per week) while maintaining a sophisticated practice in labor & employment law. Basic Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an employment attorney Broad knowledge across employment law areas including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, wage and hour laws, employment agreements, policies, and handbooks Traditional labor experience is a plus Experience in a large law firm or in-house legal department preferred Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills Licensed to practice law and graduated from an ABA-accredited law school Position Details: Type: Contract or engagement-to-hire Schedule: Flexible (full-time, part-time, or in-between) Location: Remote, hybrid, or on-site in the United States Compensation:
$150,000 to $200,000+ annually for full-time, with benefits including professional liability insurance, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, and professional expense stipends. Confidentiality:
