Job Description Position: Functional Architect - Application Expert Local candidates preferred but not required. Candidates must be employed directly with the submitting vendor. The Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) maintains applications supporting the Employee Benefits Department (EBD). The Business Analyst (BA) will work with EBD to facilitate changes to the Premium Collections & Payment Modules. Requirements: 4 years of relevant experience 4-year college degree Responsibilities: Analyze, determine, and document functional requirements. Define how applications support business needs. Participate in design, code, and test reviews. Contribute to test planning and review tasks before deployment. Complete assigned tasks timely. Identify and track issues, risks, and actions affecting work. Provide accurate status updates. Resolve team-specific issues proactively. Follow quality standards.
