Job Description Position: Functional Architect - Application Expert Local candidates preferred but not required. Candidates must be employed directly with the submitting vendor. The Department of Finance & Administration (DFA) maintains applications supporting the Employee Benefits Department (EBD). The Business Analyst (BA) will work with EBD to facilitate changes to the Premium Collections & Payment Modules.
