REWARDS & PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Technology Manufacturer seeking a Rewards & Payroll Specialist to work in Hopkinton, MA. The role involves processing payroll, managing and delivering comprehensive total rewards programs, and supporting the organization's compensation and benefits strategies. Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administer and manage payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Support the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and well-being initiatives.
Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
Oversee employee benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, ensuring smooth enrollment and communication processes.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of proven experience in payroll and/or total rewards administration.
Certification in HR, payroll, or compensation (PHR, CPP, or CEBS) preferred.
Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and local, state, and federal labor laws.
Experience with UKG Ready preferred.
